We work in teams with nursing assistants, residential assistants, and nurses to provide our users with a safe, meaningful, and dignified life, based on our values: trust, care, and participation.
Stuxgården is beautifully located in Fårösund with a view of Fårö and has suitable facilities as well as a pleasant garden. As a coordinator, you will play a central role in leading and supporting the team, contributing to a safe and developing everyday life for both users and staff.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of coordinator, you will among other things:
- Work closely with the unit manager and other staff at Stuxgården.
- Manage many contact and collaboration areas both within and outside the organization.
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule staff and resources.
- Handle staffing and HR-related administration.
- Manage financial administration and invoices.
- Handle mail and other general administration.
- Collaborate with coordinators/administrative assistants in other units, for example, during absences, to ensure continuity.
Who Are You?
You who are applying have a high school education, preferably with an administrative focus, and good computer skills, preferably with experience in the Office suite. You have previously worked with administration and have experience in scheduling, staffing, planning, and logistics. It is desirable that you have experience in care and nursing work. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of operations within elderly care and experience with the operational systems Treserva and Medvind.
You who are applying have the ability to work both independently and in a team and are flexible in your working methods, easily adapting to changes and finding solutions. You also have the ability to lead employees in a clear and secure manner. You are meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious, with a good ability to plan and organize your work. Since the position involves many contacts, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and pedagogical insight.
In accordance with the new language requirement, you need to have a good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form to ensure safe care and good and correct documentation.
As part of the employment process, an approved extract from the police's criminal record, known as a control of one's own data, must be presented. Please remember to order the extract in good time, as the processing time is usually 1-2 weeks.
